摘要
目的:通过对辟谷养生的实践,探索将该技术应用于临床的有效途径,同时积累辟谷养生经验。方法:受试者按照全国高等中医药院校规划教材《中医气功学》中静功和动功练功方法及要领,练习中医传统辟谷养生功。在保证练功质量的条件下,进行自然辟谷,同时测量受试者体质量、血压、血糖、脉率等基本生理指标。结果:6名受试者练功质量均良好,5人完成7d辟谷养生活动,辟谷期间血压血糖及心率均在正常范围。结论:辟谷养生技术实际、可行,初次练功者在有丰富辟谷经验老师的带领下完全可以安全完成辟谷养生活动,达到防病保健的效果。
Objective:Bigu regimen was an old health maintenance method of China.We aim to investigate the effective ways for applying this method in clinic by practicing Bigu regimen,and gather experience in Bigu regimen.Methods:6 subjects practiced Bigu regimen according to the practicing methods of static exercise and dynamic exercise of Chinese Medical Qigong which was the national planned textbook for TCM colleges and universities.At the same time,Bigu regimen was adopted,and the body weight,blood pressure and blood glucose,pulse rate and so on were detected.Results:The practice quality of the 6 subjects was good,and 5 of them finished the Bigu regimen in 7 days.The level of blood pressure,blood glucose and pulse rate were kept in normal range during Bigu period.Conclusion:Bigu regimen was practical and feasible.Beginner could complete the Bigu regimen under the guidance of an experienced teacher,in order to achieve the purpose of keeping in good health.
