摘要
铁路客车车下设备安装梁是车下重要承载结构,对其强度有严格的要求。本文首先建立了设备安装梁的有限元模型,计算设备舱总体应力分布以评定其结构静强度。之后利用Goodman疲劳曲线图对设备舱疲劳强度进行了分析和计算。结果表明,在三向冲击载荷及动载荷下,设备舱结构的静强度及疲劳强度满足设计运用要求,达到了验证其结构安全性的目的。
Passenger train's equipment installation beam of railway passenger cars is an important bearing structure under the cars, so there are strict requirements on its strength. This article built up the finite element model of the equipment installation beam, calculated the overall stress distribution of equipment compartment to assess its structure static strength, used Goodman fatigue curve to analyze and calculate the fatigue strength of equipment compartment. Results showed that the static strength and fatigue strength of the equipment compartment structure could meet the design requirements under three-dimensional impact load and dynamic load, reached the purpose of verifying the structure safety.
