摘要 随着国有企业改革的深化,事业单位人力资源管理的改革也已逐渐展开。作为事业单位的高校要想提高竞争力,同样必须重视人力资源管理的改革。对于教学型高校,教学是学校的首要任务,它影响着高校发展的广度和深度。但现实中却存在着"重科研,轻教学"的现象,因此通过分析这种现象形成的原因,探索如何优化教学型高校的激励体系,以期能正确认识与处理教学和科研的关系,使二者相辅相成,促进高校健康发展。 With the deepening of the reform of state - owned enterprises, ment in public institutions has gradually expanded. As the institutions of the the reform of human resource manage- University in order to improve competi- tiveness and in line with requirements, also must pay attention to the reform of human resources manage- ment. Especially for the Teaching Oriented University, teaching is the core of school education, it affects the devel- opment speed and the increasing space of school. However the community has set off wrong atmosphere that pay more attention to researching than teaching. The paper will analysis the causes of case and analysis how to improve the incentive mechanism of teaching oriented university. In order to correctly understand and handle the relationship between teaching and scientific research, make the two complement and promote each other, then'realize the school development.
