摘要
通过对千分尺原理结构以及测试误差的分析,可知精确测量外径除了需要正确使用千分尺外,还应尽量避免被测样品本身带来的误差。外径的准确测量可直接影响到导线的强度和电阻的测量精度,对于小微导线显得更为重要。分析测试过程产生的主要误差,并阐述了改进措施和测量精度为1μm的测量要求与方法。
Measuring precisely the diameter needs careful and proper usage of micrometer and awoid the error of sam- pie itself by analysis about principle structure of micrometer and testing error. The accurate measurement of outer diameter directly influence the accuracy of strength and resistance for conductor, especially fine wire. By analysis and research to the main testing errors, this paper shows the improvement measure and introduces the requirement about measuring precisely accuracy of I μm.
