摘要
由于工况频繁波动,甲醇合成装置的合成气压缩机防喘振冷却器的管板间应力变化较大,加之循环水水质较差,导致该设备频繁泄漏。为此,采取了相应的技改措施,彻底解决了该设备的泄漏问题,降低了生产运行成本。
Because of frequent fluctuations of the operating conditions, the stresses between tube sheets of anti-surge cooler of syngas compressor in methanol synthesis plant have a greater change, in addition, the quality of circulating water is poor, these often cause the equipment to leak. Therefore, relevant technological transformation measures are taken, the leakage problem of the equipment is solved thoroughly, and the operation and running cost is reduced.
