中国特色农业现代化道路的选择既需要遵循世界现代农业发展的一般规律,也需要了解我国实现农业现代化面临的特殊国情,同时又要充分认识目前我国现代农业发展所处的历史阶段及其发展特征。我国农业现代化的实现道路应该兼顾"家庭适度规模经营+专业化的农业生产性服务+政府支持"的主导模式和"兼业化小农+互助性社会化服务+政府保护"的小农模式。针对我国实现特色农业现代化过程中出现的主要问题,要从完善城镇社会保障体系、规范工商资本进入农业的经营方式、优化农业支持保护结构、加快构建新型农业社会化服务体系等方面加强政策支持和引导。

The choice of the path to agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics should be made in line with the general rules of modern agricultural development in the world and also in perspective of the historical stage and characteristics of modern agriculture in China. To achieve agricultural modernization in China, it is important to take into consideration both the dominant mode, characterized by ＂moderate household operation, professional services for agricultural production, and government＇ s support＂ and the mode of small - scale farming, characterized with ＂part - time small farming, mutual aid social services, and government＇ s protection＂. In view of the major issues in the course of China＇ s agricultural modernization, it is important to improve the urban social security system, regulate the operating mode of industrial capital in agriculture, optimize the structure for agricultural protection and support, and speed up building a new type of rural social service system so as to strengthen policy support and guidance.
