高校教师时政倾向与思想政治状况实证研究——以河南科技大学为例

An Empirical Study on University Teachers' Political and Ideological and Political Status

通过实证研究,高校教师的时政倾向与思想政治状况主要如下:多数教师关心时政,网络是主渠道,因此要加大加强网络宣传教育和管理治理的力度。教师们主要关心政治,关心教学科研,与实际相联系是思想政治工作应关注的第一要素。高校不同学院的思想政治工作发展不平衡,需要分类指导,侧重加强。教师队伍中,中共党员的政治意识比较强,政治素质比较高,更关心国家大事;一般群众与博士群体的政治态度需要引导。青年教师总体政治倾向值得信赖肯定。社会主义核心价值观是人们的主流价值追求,实现中华民族的伟大复兴主要依靠全体中国人民努力奋斗。必须大力加强党的建设,党和政府工作的重点首先是要解决民生问题。

The empirical study shows that most of the teachers gain the information of politics through the internet. Therefore it is recommended that the education and management of online promo- tion be strengthened. Teachers are mainly concerned about politics, teaching and scientific research. So the application of what they are concerned to i^ractice becomes the focus on ideological and political work. The development of ideological and political work vary in different colleges, and different guidance shall be given accordingly. Teachers who are members of communist party have stronger political con- sciousness and higher political quality, and they are more concerned about the affairs of state. And more guidance shall be given to those who are not the CCP members, especially those doctors who are not the CCP members. General political tendencies of young teachers are trustworthy. Socialist core values are mainstream values that people pursue, and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation relies mainly on all Chinese people＇s hard work. We must vigorously strengthen party building, and focusing on finding solutions to the people＇s livelihood problems is the main task o~ the CCP and the government .
