探讨舒适护理管理模式在小儿急性哮喘急诊护理管理中的应用效果

To Explore the Application Effect of Comfort Nursing Management Mode in Children with Acute Asthma Emergency Nursing Management

目的探究舒适护理管理模式在小儿急性哮喘急诊护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取该院2013年4月—2014年4月收治的小儿急性哮喘患者100例为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组给予常规护理管理模式,观察组给予舒适护理管理模式,比较分析两组护理效果与护理满意度。结果观察组护理满意度100%,对照组为84%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=17.2896,P<0.05)。结论给予小儿急性哮喘患者舒适护理管理,能有效提高护理满意度与护理效果,改善患儿的生活质量,有较大的推广价值。

Objective To explore the application effect of comfort nursing management mode in emergency nursing manage-ment for children with acute asthma. Methods 100 children with acute asthma in our hospital from April 2013 to April 2014 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, control group received conventional nursing, observa-tion group was given comfort care, the clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 98%, 78% in the control group, the difference is statistically significant;satisfaction rate in the observation group was 100%, 84% in the control group, the difference is statistically significant （χ2=17.2896, （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comfort nursing care for children with acute asthma can effectively improve the nursing satisfaction and nursing effect, improve the quality of life of children, and have a greater clinical value.
