针灸分期治疗周围性面瘫的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Acupuncture for the Treatment of Facial Paralysis in Different Stages

目的观察针灸治疗周围性面瘫不同时期的临床疗效,探讨针灸介入周围性面瘫治疗的最佳时机。方法 72例周围性面瘫病人按照就诊时的发病时间分为急性期针灸组、静止期针灸组和恢复期针灸组,对各组进行针灸治疗前后面神经功能评分及临床疗效比较。结果各组治疗后较治疗前面神经功能评分均有提高(P<0.05);治疗后急性期针灸组面神经功能评分高于静止期针灸组、恢复期针灸组(P<0.05或P<0.01),治疗后静止期针灸组面神经功能评分高于恢复期针灸组(P<0.05)。急性期针灸组疗效痊愈率高于静止期针灸组、恢复期针灸组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),静止期针灸组疗效痊愈率优于恢复期针灸组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸治疗周围性面瘫疗效确切,且越早进行针灸治疗,预后越好。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of acupuncture for the treatment of facial paralysis in different stages,and explore the best intervention period.Methods Seventy patients with facial paralysis were divides into three groups according to their onset time：the acute stage group,the repose period group and the recovery period group.The facial nerve function grading was evaluated by scoring before acupuncture treatment, and the therapeutic effect was evaluated again by scoring after the acupuncture treat- ment when clinical recovery.Results After treatment, the facial nerve function grading were enhanced in treatment groups（ P 〈0.05）.The facial nerve function grading in the acute stage group were higher than that in the repose period group and the recovery period group （P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01）.The facial nerve function grading in the repose period group were higher than that in the recovery period group（ P 〈0.051）.The obvious effective rate in the acute stage group were higher than that in the repose period group and the recov ery period group（ P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01）.The obvious effective rate in the repose period group were higher than that in the recovery period group（ P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Acupuncture has a good therapeutic effect for treatment of facial paralysis,also begin the acupuncture treatment more earlv,the therapeutic effect is better.
