芳纶/纤维素纳米纤维复合过滤材料的制备及性能 被引量:4

摘要 以二亚基亚砜/氢氧化钾(DMSO/KOH)为溶剂溶解芳纶纤维,采用溶液相分离法制备芳纶纳米纤维。采用高压静电纺丝技术制备醋酸纤维,再将醋酸纤维水解,得到纤维素纳米纤维。将芳纶纳米纤维溶液涂覆在纤维素纳米纤维上形成复合膜过滤材料。结果表明,涂覆芳纶纳米纤维溶液后的纤维素纳米纤维具有良好的强度,对粒径为100nm的Fe3O4过滤效果基本达到100%,这将在过滤领域发挥着巨大的潜力。
