跨学科视野下的研究生思想政治教育教学改革

The Teaching Reform of Ideological and Political Education of Graduate Students from the Perspective of Interdisciplinary

从跨学科的视野看,当前我国研究生思想政治教育教学中存在的主要问题是:教学内容偏重于宣讲政治理论,轻视其他方面的素质教育;教学方式偏重于教师包干和独白,轻视团队教学和研讨。思想政治教育的属性是研究生思想政治教育教学跨学科的内在决定因素,社会现象的纷繁复杂是研究生思想政治教育教学跨学科的外在要求。本文认为,跨学科视野下研究生思想政治教育教学改革的方向应是:在教学内容上,开展政治理论教育的同时,兼顾人文和科学素质教育;在教学方式上,组建专门的教学团队,并采取灵活的教育方法。

From the perspective of interdisciplinary ,the current problems which exist in the ideological and political edu- cation of graduate students in our country are：the teaching content is biased towards political theory but despises other quality education;the teaching method is biased towards teachers individual monologue,but despises team teaching and discussing.The attribute of ideological and political education is the internal determinant of interdisciplinary teaching of ideological and political education;the complicated social phenomenon is the external demand of it.From the perspective of interdisciplinary,the orientation of teaching reform of ideological and political education of graduate students is：on the aspect of teaching content,at the same time to carry out the education of political theory and humanities and science quality education;on the aspect of teaching method,to set up a special teaching team and to take a flexible teaching approach.
