摘要
提出了一种地铁车辆辅助变流器LLC谐振变换电路的优化设计方法,以LLC电路损耗最小及其全负载范围内实现ZVS(零电压开关)为设计准则,针对工程应用中IGBT结电容随负载和温度变化以及死区时间精度不可控等因素,给出了解决思路和设计方法,并研制了一台试验样机。仿真和试验结果验证了该设计方法的正确性和实用性。
It presented an optimal design method of LLC resonant converter circuit for metro vehicle auxiliary converter. Based on the design criteria as minimum LLC circuit loss and the full-load range ofZVS, a solution idea and design scheme were given aiming to the factors such as IGBT junction capacitance changing with load and temperature, and uncontrollable dead time accuracy in the engineering application, and then a test prototype was researched and manufactured. Simulation and experimental results verify the correctness and practicability of the design.
