盐胁迫对樱桃萝卜种子发芽特性及幼苗生长的影响 被引量:6

摘要 [目的]研究盐胁迫对樱桃萝卜发芽和生长的影响,以高效推广樱桃萝卜。[方法]以红樱桃萝卜为试验材料,采用培养皿法,研究不同浓度(0~120 mmol/L)Na Cl溶液对樱桃萝卜发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数、鲜重、苗高及胚根长等的影响。[结果]20~120mmol/L浓度的盐处理对樱桃萝卜发芽具有显著的抑制作用,对幼苗的鲜重和苗高呈现出低浓度(20~40 mmol/L)促进、高浓度(100mmol/L)抑制的趋势;从盐害指数看出,盐处理对樱桃萝卜种子发芽率的盐害指数较大,且为抑制作用,而对幼苗苗高、胚根长的盐害指数均较小;由数学模型计算可知:樱桃萝卜种子发芽时期的致死盐浓度为200.90 mmol/L,半致死盐浓度为146.35 mmol/L。[结论]盐胁迫对樱桃萝卜的抑制作用主要表现在发芽率方面,对幼苗的生长影响较小。 [ Objective] To study the effects of salt stress on seed germination characteristics and seedling growth of Paphanus sativus L. var. radculus Pers. , and to effectively promote the P. sativus. [ Method] With P. sativus as the research material, Petri dish was adopted. Effects of NaC1 concentration (0 -120 mmol/L) on the germination vigor, germination rate, germination index, vital index, fresh weight, seedling height and radical length were researched. [ Result] 20 - 120 mmol/L NaC1 treatment had significant inhibitory effects on the germination of P. sativus. Seedling height and fresh weight were enhanced under low concentration (20 -40 mmol/L) and inhibited under high concentration ( 100 mmol/L). Salt injury index showed that salt treatment had relatively great salt injury index of the germination rate of P. sativus, showing inhibitory effects, but had relatively small salt injury indexes of seedling height and radical length. Moreover, the mathematical model showed that the lethal and half lethal concentrations of NaC1 were 200.90 and 146.35 mmol/L, respectively. [ Conclusion ] The inhibition effect of salt treatment on P. sativus is mainly on the germination rate, and the effect on the growth of seedling is relatively small.
