摘要在"互联网+"背景下,跨境电商已成为我国增强外贸企业竞争能力、促进外贸发展方式转变的重要途径.跨境电商人才缺乏,成为制约跨境电商行业发展的关键因素.通过对跨境电商人才的需求环节、岗位结构和层次结构分析,发现跨境电商人才培养中存在的问题,并提出了跨境电商人才培养的策略.
