国核锆业理化检测实验室负责入堆的核级锆材的检测,它的建设对实现我国核级锆材的自主化和国产化起着至关重要的作用。该文从组织结构、质保体系、文件体系、环境控制、仪器设备的管理、人员培训等控制要点对实验室的建设进行了阐述。理化检测实验室顺利通过了美国西屋公司的比对试验,质量体系得到美国西屋质量专家的肯定。

Testing lab is critical to achieving the localization of nuclear grade zirconium and self-reliance development for State Nuclear Baoti Zirconium Industry Company（ SNZ）.It is responsible for the testing of zirconium materials.To obtain accuracy and reliable testing results,the laboratory is developed from the key aspects such as organization,quality assurance system,document,environment,management of instruments and personnel training.The oratory passed the qualification by Westinghouse Company,laboratory Level I and II QA documents are reviewed by Westinghouse experts.The data of testing oratory is consistent with that of Westinghouse laboratory based on laboratory comparison.
