摘要 采用气相色谱法(GC),建立枸杞中联苯菊酯、硫丹和高效氯氟氰菊酯残留的同时测定方法。用丙酮∶水(v/v,9∶1)提取枸杞中的农药残留,在Rtx-5色谱柱用丙酮∶水(v/v,9∶1)进行分离,电子捕获检测器(ECD)检测,在实现了3种农药的分离和测定。联苯菊酯、硫丹和高效氯氟氰菊酯的加标回收率为84.30%~98.60%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=5)为2.5%~7.6%,最低检测浓度分别为0.04、0.04和0.02 mg/kg。检测方法快速、灵敏、可靠,能够用于枸杞中3种农药残留的同时检测。 A simultaneous determination method for the residues of bifenthrin, endosulfan and lambda-cyhalothrin in Chinese wolfberry was developed by using gas chromatography (GC). The pesticide residues in Chinese wolfberry were extracted with a mixture of acetone and water (V/V=9:1),then separated by the Rtx-5 column and detected by ECD detector. The results showed that the three pesticides could be well separated and detected within 20 min,the average spiked recoveries of bifenthrin, endosulfan and lambda-cyhalothrin ranged from 84.30%-98.60% with the relative standard deviation (RSD) of 2.5%- 7.6%, and the detection concentration were 0.04,0.04 and 0.02 mg,/kg respectively. This method is rapid, sensitive and reliable, which can be used to simultaneously detect the three pesticides in Chinese wolfberry.
