摘要
不教的思想是与关于教的思想相伴而生的,只是由于人们长期关注教、施行教,而导致那些不教的主张被忽视乃至于无视。不教的教育学强调教育过程中教育者的无为与顺应,通过不教达到比教更好的教育效果。不教的教育学要研究教的有限性、知识的可教性、学习者的学习与教师的教的关系、如何实施不教及反成原理在教育中的应用等问题。不教的教育学是"互联网+"时代的需要,当下正在发生一场信息技术对传统学校教育的改革和重构,网络一代的学习者更习惯于不教的学习方式,"互联网+"时代要求学校和教师实践不教的教育学,教育学正在发生"由教向不教"的颠覆性创新。
Although accompanied by the thoughts of teaching,the ideas about education with no teaching have beenneglected even ignored because of more attention paid to teaching. Pedagogy with no teaching attaches great importance toinaction and accommodation of teachers so as to achieve better results than teaching. Pedagogy with no teaching shouldexplore the limits of teaching,the teachability of knowledge,the relationship between learning and teaching,how not toteach and the application of "extremes meet" in education. That kind of pedagogy meets the needs of the era of internet+.The traditional school education is currently being reformed and reconstructed by the new information and technology,andthe learners prefer to learn without teaching in the new era of internet. The era of internet + requires pedagogy with noteaching in school and teachers' practice. Pedagogy has been experiencing a kind of radical innovation towards no teaching.
