摘要 首先对五年一贯制学前教育专业(双语幼教方向)的人才培养模式的现状进行了分析。接着提出通过一个"深度"两个"融合"三个方面来构建基于校园企深度融合的人才培养模式,即五年一贯制学前教育专业(双语幼教方向)"2+2+1"的订单式人才培养模式。并最终实现校企需求相融合,实现三方共赢的局面。 First it analyzes the current situation of the personnel training mode of the five- year pre- school education professional( bilingual preschool education direction),puts forward that the separation between the professional talent training and the demand of the market,and university- enterprise cooperation become a mere formality. Then it refers to one " deep " and two " fusion" three aspects to build personnel training mode based on the campus depth fusion,namely five years construct pre- school education professional( bilingual preschool education direction) " 2 + 2 + 1 " ordering the talent training mode.And eventually achieve win- win situation.
