大悟县地区花岗岩加工废料综合利用的综述

Preliminary Research on the Comprehensive Utilization of Granite Processing Waste in Dawu Area

在石材加工过程中无法避免的会产生废石渣、废泥浆对环境产生影响,并且导致土壤资源的浪费及区域空气环境的恶化,因此石材加工过程中产生的石材废料的回收利用日益受到关注。本文主要探讨关于大悟县地区花岗岩加工过程中废料的综合利用方案,针对切割、抛光等工序过程中产生的泥浆、石粉、边角余料等废料如何回收利用,提出使用石材废料研制成仿石涂料、砌墙砖、树脂型人造石的工艺方案,根据方案特点分析其优缺点,为大悟县石材加工厂提高经济效益和解决环境污染问题提供了解决思路。

The waste rock slag、waste mud in the process of stone processing are inevitable, they will impact on environment and lead to waste of soil resources and environmental deterioration of regional air. So the waste recycling in the process of stone processing gets more and more attention. This article mainly discusses about the comprehensive utilization of waste materials in the manufacturing process in Dawu County. Aimed at the recycling of mud, stone powder, tailings in cutting, polishing and other process, the plans of using stone material waste to make the stone paint, wall bricks and stones wall brick is put forward. According to the characteristics of the plan, its advantages and disadvantages are analyzed to provide the solution for improving efficiency and solving the problems of environment pollution of the stone processing plants in Dawu.
