摘要
产业用涂层织物是一种重要的技术类织物,用途广泛。简述了生产产业用涂层织物时,影响涂层厚度的因素;综述了国内外对张力控制、新型刮刀、刮刀参数优化、树脂黏度控制方面的研究概况;提出从织物涂前整理、张力控制、刮刀选型与参数优化、树脂黏度控制等方面入手,精确控制涂层厚度。
Industrial coated fabric is a kind of important technical fabrics and used widely. The production of coated fabric and the factors influencing the coating thickness are introduced. The research on the tension control, new blades and related parameter optimization, and resin viscosity control both at home and abroad are reviewed. Precise control of coating thickness including pre-coated finishing of textile, tension control, blade styles and parameters selection and resin viscosity control is proposed.
