经后外侧入路内固定治疗后Pilon骨折的疗效分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:评估经后外侧入路内固定治疗后Pilon骨折的疗效。方法:回顾性分析2007年1月至2014年6月共31例诊断后Pilon骨折患者,经后外侧入路进行钢板螺钉固定治疗,末次随访按BairdJackson踝关节功能评分系统对术后疗效进行评价。结果:31例患者均被随访,时间6~24个月,中位数为9.2个月。1例后外侧切口部分表皮出现感染和坏死.经过多次换药后愈合,其余患者术口均一期愈合;1例出现腓肠神经麻痹,给予营养神经药物治疗,术后3个月自行恢复;全部患者无内固定失效及并发症。末次随访时疗效按Baird-Jackson踝关节功能评分系统评定:优15例,良13例,可3例,优良率90.32%.结论:对于后Pilon骨折通过合理的临床评估,经踝关节后外侧的手术切口进行钢板螺钉内固定,可以取得较为满意的临床效果。
