摘要
为研究优秀女子短跑运动员的专项力量训练,对我国2名优秀女子短跑运动员备战全运会期间的训练进行跟踪,并运用文献资料法分析出短跑运动员下肢专项力量的特征。在女子短跑运动员备战期间,根据短跑运动员下肢专项力量的特征、肌肉收缩的固定情况以及肌肉的收缩形式选择并设计女子短跑运动员的下肢专项力量训练手段。研究表明,实验前后女子运动员髋、膝、踝三关节屈伸肌群肌力都得到较大幅度提高以及专项素质在一定程度上获得发展,表明在备战期间所选择的下肢专项力量训练手段具有较好的训练效果,能对女子短跑运动员的专项技术和运动成绩产生积极的作用。
In order to study elite women sprinter's specific strength training,we tracked two elite women sprinters training during the preparation for the national games. This paper analyzed their lower limbs specific strength training characteristics by the method of literature review. In the preparation period,selecting and designing women sprinter's lower limbs strength training means should consider the characteristics of lower limbs strength,fix condition and form of muscle contraction. This training experiment showed that female athletes' muscle strength of hip,knee and ankle joints increase and their specific quality is developed to a certain extent. The lower limbs' specific strength training method has good training effects and can produce positive effect on their special technology and performance.
