我国出国劳务人员境外发生传染病状况的研究进展

Research progress in infectious diseases of abroad labor workers

我国出国劳务人员数量逐年增加,境外发生传染病的现状不容忽视。本文就近年来关于我国出国劳务人员境外发生传染病的种类及感染现状、传染病的危害以及防治工作的意义等文献进行了综述,以期为探索出国劳务人员传染病发生原因及制定有效预防措施提供依据。我国出国劳务人员境外常见发生的传染病包括疟疾等虫媒传染病、艾滋病等性传播疾病以及其他途径传播的疾病。出国劳务人员是多种传染病的易感人群,发生传染病不仅危害自身健康,也带来疾病输入的风险,因此应关注该类人群传染病防治工作。

The scale of contract workers going abroad increases with years. The situation of getting infectious diseases when working abroad is worth great attention. Researches about kinds and infection profiles of infectious diseases, potential harms as well as meaning of prophylaxis and treatment in recent years were reviewed, in an attempt to provide information for exploring infection reasons and making rational preventive measures. Many researches focus on insect-borne infectious diseases as malaria, sexually-transmitted diseases as acquired immune deficiency syndrome（AIDS）, diseases spread in other ways likewise. Contract workers going abroad are susceptible to various infectious diseases. Infectious diseases of contract workers not only do harm to their own health but bring the risk of case import when they return from overseas. Further studies and prevention efforts for contract workers should be made.
