摘要 叉车是工程机械中重要的搬运装卸工具,在举升货物时产生大量的重力势能,一般叉车将这些势能以热能的形式流失,造成叉车液压系统温度升高,并可能降低液压元件的使用性能和寿命,同时造成大量的能量消耗。为了避免以上弊端,降低叉车举升系统能量消耗的目的,该文提出对叉车举升系统进行能量回收再利用的方法,将重力势能转化为电能存储到超级电容中再利用,从而提高能量使用效率。仿真结果表明,采用该方法叉车在稳定工作情况下货物下降的重力势能回收利用率可达49.8%,超级电容的充放电能量利用率最多可达89.1%。 Forklift is an important transportation and handing tools in the construction machinery, produce a amount of considerable gravitational potential energy in lifting the goods,general forklift will these potential energy loss in the form of heat,causing the forklift truck hydraulic system temperature raise,and may reduce the use performance and lift of hydraulic components,also causing a lot of energy consumption. In order to avoid the drawbacks,the objective of reducing the energy consumption of the forklift lifting system proposed forklift lifting system with energy recovery and reuse method, the gravitational potential energy is converted into electrical energy and stored in the supercapacitors reuse,so as to improve the efficiency of energy.The simulation results show that this method of forklift in goods declining under the steady working condition of gravitational potential energy recovery efficiency up to 49.8%,the charging and discharging of the super-capacitor energy efficiency up to 89.1%.
