论我国饲料工程专业人才的需求与培养

Requirement and training of feed engineering specialty talents

饲料工程类专业技术人才是饲料生产企业、饲料机械制造企业、饲料科技研发机构、大专院校需要的主要专业技术人才,有着稳定的社会需求。需要这类人才的岗位包括饲料工程设计、销售与管理类岗位、饲料生产运作管理岗位、饲料新产品、新工艺、新设备研发工程师岗位和饲料产品质量控制岗位。目前我国仅有两所大学培养饲料工程类专业方向的本科生。根据国家需求,应在国家本科专业目录中增加饲料工程本科专业。河南工业大学在饲料工程类专业人才培养模式与课程系统上进行了教学改革实践,并连续进行了5届试点班的实验,突出了专业特色,改进了教学质量,提高了毕业生的工程能力。

The talents of feed engineering specialty are the main professionals requirement of feed pro-duction enterprises, feed machinery companies, feed research institutes and universities, and this re-quirement is stable. The positions for the special talent include feed engineering designing, sale andmanagement, feed production management and control, the research and development of new feed prod-ucts, new processing technologies, new processing equipment, and the quality control of feed productsetc. At present, only two universities offer the feed engineering specialty for students in China. Accord-ing to need of the feed industry, the feed engineering specialty should be increased into the list name ofundergraduate major. Henan University of Technology has implemented the reform experiments in thetalent training mode and curriculum system offeed engineering specialty in last five years, andthe 5 session of the pilot classes have finishedthe reform experiment, the special features werestrengthened, the teaching quality were improved,and the engineered capacity were enhanced.
