摘要
为保证能力验证试验的有效实施,能力验证提供者必须对所提供的样品进行均匀性评价。笔者详细地介绍了样品的均匀性评价方法,并对能力验证用钢筋拉伸试验样品的均匀性评价过程进行了实例分析。由于统计分析是一个复杂的计算过程,为此在分析过程中引入测量统计软件Minitab,辅助简化分析过程,并结合实例介绍了软件的操作过程。分析结果证明:该次的能力验证样品是均匀的,可以提供给能力验证计划的参加者。
In order to ensure the effective implementation of proficiency testing,the provider must provide the homogeneity evaluation of samples.The method for evaluating homogeneity of samples was introduced in detail,and the analysis process for homogeneity evaluation was also introduced with rebar tensile test samples.For the statistical analysis was a complicated process,the statistical software Minitab was introduced to simplify the analysis process,and operation process of the software was also introduced.The results show that the proficiency testing samples was homogeneous and could be provided to the participants of the proficiency testing.
