尿流动力学检查对糖尿病患者的临床诊断价值研究

Clinical Diagnostic Value of Urodynamic Examination in Patients with Diabetes Mellitus

目的研究分析尿流动力学检查对糖尿病患者的临床诊断价值。方法入院病例为河北省沧州中西医结合医院2010年1月—2011年6月泌尿外科、糖尿病门诊及住院患者,共120例,将其作为研究组,经尿流动力学检查显示异常;基于此,选择同时期到院就诊治疗且经尿流动力学检查显示膀胱功能正常的100例患者作为对照组,比较两组患者尿流动力学检查结果,同时对研究组组内患者基本资料进行统计分析。结果经过比较分析,研究组和对照组各项尿流动力学检查指标比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经研究组组内患者临床资料的分析可知,男性膀胱功能受损病例明显比女性多,其中老年患者膀胱受损例数比中青年例数多,病程>10年和病程<10年的患者尿流动力学各指标比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病患者实施尿流动力学检查,可对患者膀胱功能进行合理且有效地判断,同时糖尿病膀胱功能受损多发生于男性患者、高龄患者,且病程越长,则膀胱病变的发生率也就越高,在临床中对这些类型的患者必须引起高度重视。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical diagnostic value of urodynamic examination in patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 120 outpatients of Department of Urologic Surgery and Diabetes Clinic and inpatients admitted in Hebei Province Cangzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine from January2010 to June 2011 were selected as the study group. The result of urodynamic examination of the study group was abnormal. 100 patients diagnosed and treated in the hospital during the same period with normal bladder function showed by urodynamic examination were selected as the control group. The results of urodynamic examination of the two groups were compared. And the basic data of the patients in the study group were analyzed statistically. Results The result of comparative analysis showed that, the differences in the values of the indexes measured by urodynamic examination between the study group and the control group were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The analysis of the clinical data of the patients in the study group indicated that there were more males with bladder function damage than females, and more elderly people with bladder function damage than the young people. The differences in the values of the indexes measured by urodynamic examination between the patients with more than ten years of duration of the disease and those with less than ten years of duration of the disease were statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion Urodynamic examination can reasonably and effectively judges the bladder function of the patients with diabetes. Diabetes with bladder function damage mostly occurs in males and the elderly. And the longer the duration of illness is, the higher incidence of bladder disease will be. High attention should be paid to these types of patients in the clinical practice.
