低聚木糖在特殊医学用途配方食品中的应用

随着我国糖尿病、高血压、高血脂等慢性病人群不断增加,特殊医学用途食品因其在解决以上慢性病方面具有特殊重要的作用而逐渐引起广泛关注。开发和深入研究特殊医学用途配方食品是未来食品发展的新方向,而发掘用于特殊医学用途配方食品的原料和成分是其研究内容之一。低聚木糖作为一种可溶性膳食纤维,具有很好的生理特性,可以调节肠道菌群,预防癌症,降低血压、血脂和血糖等生理学功效,是一种提高免疫力、促进身体健康的理想益生元。本文首先简单介绍了特殊医学用途医学用途食品的定义和发展现状,然后介绍了低聚木糖的理化性质、生理功能、安全性及其在特殊医学用途配方食品中的潜在应用价值,为低聚木糖在特殊医学用途配方食品中的进一步研究和应用提供参考。

Food for special purpose（FSMP）has an important role in helping chronic diseases such as diabetes,hypertension,hyperlipidemia. With the increase of patient number in the above diseases,FSMP has gradually caused wide public interests. Development of FSMP and study of the ingredients which can be used in FSMP is a future trend in food science. Xylooligosaccharides as a soluble dietary fiber,has good physiological properties—regulating intestinal microflora,preventing cancer,reducing blood pressure,improving blood cholesterol and blood sugar. It is a kind of ideal prebiotics to improve immunity and promote healthy. This paper introduces the definition and development of FSMP,and discusses its physical and chemical properties,physiological function as well as the application of xylooligosaccharides in FSMP. It provides reference for the further study and application of xylooligosaccharides in FSMP.
