伴有精神障碍的病毒性脑炎患者的临床观察及护理

Clinical observation and nursing care of patients with mental disorders complicated with viral encephalitis

目的总结伴有精神障碍的病毒性脑炎患者的护理方法。方法对23例伴有精神障碍的病毒性脑炎患者的意识障碍、癫痫发作的护理以及精神症状护理进行分析。结果 22例患者的精神障碍症状得到了控制,1例病毒性脑炎患者有轻度精神异常,无患者死亡。结论对伴有精神障碍的病毒性脑炎患者采取正确、有效的护理是提高患者生活质量及促进早日康复的重要措施。

Objective To investigate the care disorders measures of patients with viral encephalitis associated with mental. Methods Awareness of the barriers of 23 cases of mental disorders in patients with viral encephalitis, seizures nursing care, and psychiatric symptoms were analyzed. Results Total of 22 cases of mental disorder symptoms were under control, one case of viral encephalitis in patients with mild mental disorders, and no case died. Conclusions For patients with viral encephalitis complicated with mental disorders, correct and effective nursing to improve the quality of life of patients and to promote the recovery of patients are important measures.
