摘要 传热实验的数据计算复杂,结果要在坐标纸上作图,主观误差不可避免。笔者以PowerBuilder语言为工具,开发了化工原理传热实验数据处理软件,实现了对空气热物性、传热系数、传热准数等的计算,并通过最小二乘法回归分析,实现了传热准数关联式的求解。该软件可减少实验测量数据处理的工作量,提高数据的精确度,排除主观因素影响,快捷、准确地给出实验结果,从而为教师批改实验报告提供可靠的依据,强化实验教学,提高实验教学效果。 The subjective error was caused inevitably in the cause of heat transfer experimental data pro cessing because of complicated calculation and the result was to be plotted on the squared paper. Using PowerBuilder language as the tool, the author developed the data processing software for the heat trans fer experiment of chemical engineering principles. It realized the calculation of the air hot nature, the heat transfer coefficient and the heat transfer criterion. By using the least square method regression analysis, it realized the calculation of the heat transfer criterion correlation. It can reduce the work load of experi mental data and improve the data precision. It can eliminate the influence of subjective factors, and pro vide the experimental results quickly and accurately. This software also provides a reliable evidence for teachers to correct experimental reports, strengthens experimental teaching, and improves the experi mental teaching effects
