基于STEP-NC毛坯特征生成方法的研究

摘要 毛坯的选择与设计是工艺规划的重要任务之一,而现有的CAPP系统中并不提供毛坯设计和自动选择的功能。采用基于特征识别的毛坯特征生成方法来完成STEP‐NC的数控程序所需的工艺信息,其主要分为不可预制特征的添补和可预制特征余量的添加。最后通过毛坯特征生成实例来验证研究方法的可行性。
