摘要
加氢裂化装置原料油中胶质和金属铁、钙、钠含量高等是造成混氢油与反应产物高压换热器结垢、传热效率降低的主要原因。采用重芳烃清洗技术对高压换热器进行清洗,共清洗出胶质314.5 kg,结垢杂质1.423 3 t。对比清洗前后的运行工况可知,清洗后高压换热器传热系数提高65 W/(m^2·℃),加热炉燃料气单耗降低0.5 kg/t。
The high pressure heat exchanger for mixed hydrogen oil and reaction product fouling and lower heat transfer efficiency were attributed to higher gum and metals including iron,calcium and sodium of the raw oil in the hydrocracking unit. The high pressure heat exchanger was cleaned by heavy aromatics cleaning technology,and a total of 314. 5 kg gum and 1. 423 3 t fouling of impurities were cleaned. Compared before and after the cleaning operation conditions,the heat transfer coefficient of the high pressure heat exchanger increased by 65 W /( m^2·℃),and the heating furnace fuel gas consumption reduced by 0. 5 kg / t after washing.
