摘要
建立了高效液相色谱-电感耦合等离子体质谱法(HPLC-ICP-MS)分离并同时测定纺织品中可迁移三价铬Cr(Ⅲ)和六价铬Cr(Ⅵ)的方法。采用PE 3×3^(TM)CR C8色谱柱对Cr(Ⅲ)和Cr(Ⅵ)进行分离,质谱采用动态反应池(DRC)模式,以甲烷为反应气。优化了色谱柱、p H值、流动相、DRC参数、样品基体等因素,使方法对Cr(Ⅲ)和Cr(Ⅵ)的检出限分别为:0.06μg/L和0.05μg/L,回收率为90%~110%,精密度优于5.0%。检测方法灵敏、准确、简便,不受样品基体干扰。
A high performance Liquid chromatography-inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometric (HPLC-ICP-MS) method is established for separation and determination of Cr (Ⅲ) and Cr (Ⅵ) in textiles si- multaneously. Cr (Ⅲ) and Cr (VI) are separated on an PE 3×3TM CR C8 column, and are determined by mass spectrometry under DRC mode with CH4 as reaction gas. The factors including chromatographic column, pH value and mobile phase, DRC parameters, sample matrix are optimized. The results show that the detection limits of Cr (Ⅲ) and Cr (Ⅵ) are O.O6 g/L and 0.05 g/L separately, recovery rate is 90%- 110%, the precision is less than 5.0%. The method is sensitive, accurate and simple, and is not affected by the sample matrix.
