国内护理专业模拟人教学效果的Meta分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:评价模拟人教学法对国内护理专业学生的教学效果。方法:以"模拟/模拟人"和"护理"为关键词,检索相关文献并提取数据,进行Meta分析。结果:相比于传统教学法,模拟人教学法能提高护生理论成绩和操作成绩,两种教学成绩的均数差及其95%置信区间分别为MD=6.35,95%CI为4.68-8.03(P<0.01);MD=6.42,95%CI为5.45-7.40(P<0.01)。护生更认可模拟人教学法提高沟通能力、自主学习能力和团队合作精神的教学效果,RR=1.25,95%CI为1.15-1.36(P<0.01);RR=1.24,95%CI为1.14-1.34(P<0.01);RR=1.36,95%CI为1.18-1.57(P<0.01)。结论:模拟人教学法对提高护生的理论知识、操作技能以及护生对教学效果的评价有一定的效果。 Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of simulator teaching method for nursing students. Methods: The method was meta- analysis. Results: Compared with the traditional teaching method,simulator teaching method could improve nursing students' theory and procedure skills with MD = 6. 35,95% CI 4. 68- 8. 03,P〈0. 01 and MD = 6. 42,95% CI 5. 45- 7. 40,P〈0. 01. Nursing students recognized that their communicational ability,self- learning ability and team- working spirit were more improved by simulator teaching method withRR = 1. 25,95%CI 1. 15- 1. 36,P〈0. 01 and RR = 1. 24,95% CI 1. 14- 1. 34,P〈0. 01,RR = 1. 36,95% CI 1. 18- 1. 57,P〈0. 01. Conclusion: Simulator teaching method certainly improves nursing students' theory,procedure skills,and nursing students' evaluation of teaching effectiveness.
