摘要
在分析服务型装备制造不同于传统生产型装备制造的基础上,通过价值链分析服务型装备制造的价值生成机制,对装备制造企业向服务转型的战略路径进行设计,并对其重点内涵进行辨析。希望填补服务型装备制造价值生成机制及转型路径研究的不足,同时对我国装备制造向服务转型提供借鉴与指导。
In this paper, firstly, the characteristics of service - oriented MEM are analyzed by comparing the product - ori- ented MEM ; then the value generative mechanism of service - oriented MEM is analyzed based on the value chain structure analysis; based on the above analysis, the transformation path is designed and the key points are identified in detail. Through the paper, we hope that we can fill in the gaps in current studies as well as provide strategic guidance to enterpri- ses that intend to transform to service -oriented MEM.
