摘要 针对电网中非线性负荷不断增加,造成严重谐波和负序的情况,以电压和电流的最小均方差为判据,介绍其波形相似程度,并在此基础上对各功率量进行推导,分析目前谐波和负序下电能计量中存在的问题,提出了利用波形相似度对负载性能进行评价、划分评价等级并分级计量电能的方法,说明该方法为谐波和负序情况下的电能计量提供了一种有效途径。 With the rapid development of non-linear load,which brings about the serious problems such as harmonics and negative-sequence,the power definition under harmonics and negative-sequence is discussed in this paper,the waveform similarity between voltage and current is analyzed due to the criterion of minimum mean square deviation,from which the power is reduced. Furthermore,in view of the existing problems in the energy measurement,the evaluation of the load characteristics through waveform similarity is proposed,grading the evaluation and then measuring the energy respectively,and energy measurement with harmonics and negative sequence can take an efficieut way.
