摘要
研究了激素、激素处理时间以及扦插基质对2种大马士革玫瑰(Cloire Guilan和rose de rescht)扦插生根率的影响。试验结果显示,50 mg/kg IBA浸泡插穗0.5 h的Cloire Guilan和50 mg/kg ABT浸泡插穗0.5 h的rose de rescht的扦插生根率间较其他处理高;Cloire Guilan经50 mg/kg NAA浸泡1.0 h、IBA浸泡0.5 h和1.0 h以及ABT浸泡2.0 h的插穗生根率较高,rose de rescht经50 mg/kg NAA浸泡2.0 h、IBA浸泡2.0 h以及ABT浸泡1.0 h的插穗生根率较高;河沙∶蛭石∶园土=2∶1∶1的扦插基质更适合2个大马士革玫瑰品种扦插。
Cutting rooting rates were measured in two varieties of Rosa damascena Mill. cultured in different substrates applied with three hormones for different time. The results showed that the rooting rates varied in two rose varieties soaked in 50 mg / kg IBA or 50 mg / kg ABT for 0. 5 h. Cloire Guilan socked in 50 mg / kg NAA for 1. 0 h,or IBA for 0. 5 h and 1. 0 h,or ABT for 2. 0 h presented higher rooting rate,while for rose de rescht,the treatment would be 50 mg / kg NAA for 2. 0 h or IBA for 2. 0 h,or ABT for 1. 0 h. The substrate favorable for Rosa damascena Mill. cutting was river sand ∶ vermiculite ∶ garden mould = 2 ∶ 1 ∶ 1.
