摘要
目的:采用MR平衡式快速梯度回波序列(B-FFE)探讨胎儿脑室大小与胎龄的关系。方法:98例单胎妊娠孕妇行MR B-FFE成像,根据胎龄分成4组,测量侧脑室体部及三角区、第三脑室和第四脑室大小。用Pearson相关分析法分析脑室大小与胎龄的关系。结果:93例胎儿成像顺利,侧脑室体部平均值为(5.92±0.69)mm,与孕周呈正相关(r=0.772,P<0.01)。侧脑室三角区均值为(6.59±0.84)mm,与孕周呈正相关(r=0.777,P<0.01)。孕中期第三脑室难以观察到,孕晚期第三脑室最大值为2mm。第四脑室前后径总体均值为(4.05±0.80)mm,与孕周呈正相关(r=0.853,P<0.01)。第四脑室横径总体均值为(4.82±0.98)mm,与孕周呈正相关(r=0.809,P<0.01)。结论:MRI B-FFE测量所得孕中晚期胎儿侧脑室及第四脑室大小与孕周呈正相关。
Objective:Using MRI balanced fast field echo(B-FFE)sequence to evaluate the relation of the size of normal fetal cerebral ventricular system and gestational age.Methods:B-FFE MRI was performed in ninety-eight pregnant women with single fetus,which were divided into 4groups according to the gestational age.The cerebral ventricle system including ventricle body,triangle area of lateral ventricle,third ventricle and fourth ventricle was measured.Statistical analysis was performed with Pearson correlation analysis.Results:The imaging examination of the 93 fetus was successfully completed.The mean size of lateral ventricle body was(5.92±0.69)mm,showing positive correlation with gestational age(r=0.772,P0.01).The mean size of triangle area of lateral ventricle was(6.59±0.84)mm,showing positive correlation with gestational age(r=0.777,P0.01).The third ventricle was difficult to be observed in the second trimester of pregnancy,the maximum size was 2mm in the third trimester.The mean anteroposterior dimension of the fourth ventricle was(4.05±0.80)mm,showing positive correlation with gestational age(r=0.853,P0.01).The mean transverse dimension of the fourth ventricle was(4.82±0.98)mm,showing positive correlation with gestational age(r=0.809,P0.01).Conclusion:The size of lateral ventricle and fourth ventricle in the second and third trimester of pregnancy measured on B-FFE MRI showed positive correlation with gestational age.
