社区健康教育对糖尿病患者血糖控制效果的meta分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的:评价社区健康教育对糖尿病患者血糖控制效果的影响,为社区健康教育干预手段提高糖尿病患者血糖控制效果提供理论依据。方法:计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、维普数据库(VIP)和万方数据知识平台搜索相关文献,根据纳入标准和排除标准全面收集相关文献,采用Jadad量表对文献质量进行评价,提取有效研究资料,采用Rev Man 5软件进行Meta分析。结果:最终纳入符合标准的7篇RCT研究进行meta分析。Meta分析结果显示(1)社区健康教育对实验组糖尿病患者FPG控制效果优于对照组(WMD=1.90,95%CI(1.50,2.29),P<0.00001);(2)社区健康教育对实验组糖尿病患者2h PG控制效果优于对照组(WMD=2.61,95%CI(0.80,4.41),P=0.005);(3)社区健康教育对实验组糖尿病患者Hb ALc控制效果优于对照组(WMD=1.46,95%CI(0.46,2.45),P=0.004)。结论:社区健康教育对糖尿病患者控制血糖效果是有效的。因本分析仅纳入7项研究,样本较少,尚需更多大样本随机对照进一步研究验证。 Objective: To evaluate the effect of community health education for diabetes blood glucose control,provide theoretical for community health education intervention diabetes to improve blood glucose control results.Methods: Such databases as CNKI,VIP and Wan Fang were searched relevant literature,Quality of articles was assessed with Jadad Scale and the available data were analyzed with Rev Man5. 0 software. The result showed: only7 eligible articles were included. Meta-analysis shows:( 1) The effect of community health education for experimental group of diabetes FPG control is better than control group [WMD = 1. 90,95% CI( 1. 50,2. 29),P〈 0. 00001]( 2) The effect of community health education for experimental group of diabetes 2h PG control is better than control group [WMD = 2. 61,95% CI( 0. 80,4. 41),P = 0. 005]( 3) The effect of community health education for experimental group of diabetes Hb ALc control is better than control group[WMD = 1. 46,95% CI( 0. 46,2. 45),P = 0. 004]. Conclusion: Community health education can improve diabetes blood glucose control. Because analysis include only 7 studies,there is lack of large and multicenter sample,it needs further research.
