不同方案治疗绝经过渡期功能性子宫出血的疗效对比

Comparision of Different Regimens in Patients with Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding in Transi- tional Menopausal Period

【目的】探讨不同方案治疗绝经过渡期功能性子宫出血患者的疗效。【方法】选取绝经过渡期功能性子宫出血患者80例，根据入院顺序将其分为对照组和观察组，每组40例。对照组采用米非司酮联合去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上加服归脾丸治疗，比较两组患者治疗一年后的疗效和不良反应。【结果】观察组中患者的显效率明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）；观察组患者出血时间、控制周期及随访治疗6个月后的复发率和治疗期间不良反应的发生率均明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）。【结论】米非司酮联合去氧孕烯炔雌醇片和归脾丸治疗绝经过渡期功能性子宫出血的疗效确切，且安全性高，值得临床推广应用。

[Objective]To investigate the effect of different regimens in patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding in the transitional menopausal period. [Methods]Eight patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding treated in our hospital were divided into the control group and the study group, 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with mifepristone combined with desogestrel ethinylestradiol tablets , whereas the study group with Guipi pills based on those of the control group, the curative effect and adverse reaction be- tween two groups one year after treatment were compared. [Results] The effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group （ P〈0.05） ; The bleeding time, the control period and the incidence of adverse reactions of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group（ P 〈0.05）. [Conclusion]Mifepristone combined with desogestrel ethinyl estradiol tablets and Guipi pills have exact curative effect and security on patients with functional uterine bleeding during transitional menopausal period.
