摘要
通过体外酪氨酸酶活性抑制评价以及豚鼠皮肤有色斑块照射紫外模型试验,研究了3种化妆品配方样品对皮肤的美白作用。结果表明,高质量浓度的样品1、高质量浓度的样品2以及样品3均具有皮肤美白功效,且样品3的美白效果明显优于样品1和样品2。结合配方分析,进一步证实了姜黄素和苯乙基间苯二酚具有良好的抑制酪氨酸酶活性作用,一定浓度的熊果叶提取物及烟酰胺具有可靠的抑制黑色素细胞生成的能力,同时苯乙基间苯二酚应用于这3种化妆品配方中的美白效果最为显著。
the skin whitening effects of three cosmetic formulations were studied via analyzing the in-vitro tyrosinase activity and guinea pig skin colored with plaque irradiation ultraviolet model experiment. The results showed that the sample 1 with high mass concentration, the sample 2 with high mass concentration and the sample 3 all had obvious effects on skin whitening, the effect of sample 3 was significantly stronger than the other two samples. It confirmed that curcumin and ethyl benzene resorcinol had good inhibiting effect on tyrosinase activity, and the bearberry leaf extract with a certain concentration and nicotinamide could provide reliable inhibition effect to melanocytes, also the whitening effect of phenylethyl resorcinol in these three cosmetic formulations was the best.
