Clinical Report of Epley Technique in the Treatment for 68 Cases of Posterior Canal Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo

目的:观察Epley手法治疗后半规管良性位置性眩晕(PC-BPPV)的临床疗效。方法:对诊断为后半规管良性位置性眩晕的患者采用Epley复位法进行治疗,不辅以任何药物及其他治疗手段,观察疗效并进行分析。结果:总有效率95.6%,手法复位治愈有效率高,治疗后无不良反应。结论:Epley手法治疗PC-BPPV操作简便、安全快捷,疗效显著、经济实用,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To investigate curative effects of Epley technique in treating posterior canal benign paroxysmal positional vertigo（PC-BPPV）. Methods： The patients who were diagnosed as PC-BPPV were treated by Epley technique, without any drugs or other therapeutic measures, therapeutic effects were observed, analyzed and compared. Results： Total effective rate reached 95.6%, effective rate of the technique was high, and there was no adverse reaction after treating. Conclusion： Epley technique in the treatment of PC-BPPV is convenient, safe, effective and economic, and it should be spread in clinic.
