Amino acid surfactants become more and more popular now due to their excellent biocompatibility and biodegradability,and low stimulation,low toxicity,and so on. In recent years,the research and application obout it becomes more and more. The current status on properties and application of N-acyl amino acid surfactants is reviewed,in order to provide a reference for its further development and application.
