职业发展导向下的“课证融合”课程体系构建——以高职会计专业为例

Establishment of “Course-Certificate Integration” Curriculum System Based on Professional Development

职业教育凸显职业属性,培养学生职业能力,使其具备相应的职业资格,为学生的生存和发展打下坚实的基础,是职业教育的人才培养目标。将"专业课程和职业资格"结合在一起,构建"实践教学、素质教育、理论学习"融为一体的课程体系是实现人才培养目标的载体和手段。本文以会计专业为例,通过职业岗位、岗位工作任务、职业能力、职业资格证书的关联性分析,介绍"课证融合"课程体系构建方法。

Professional education highlights vocational nature,to develop students’ professional ability,to make students obtain professional qualifications and to lay a strong foundation for their career survival and development are the goals of vocational education. Mixing professional courses and vocational qualification together and combing practical teaching with education for allaround development and theoretical studies are two important carriers for setting up curriculum system to achieve personnel training objectives. Based on the major of accounting,this article introduces the method of establishment of curriculum system by analyzing the connections among the post of occupation,duties of the job, professional abilities and qualifications.
