摘要
针对矿用圆环链23Mn Ni Cr Mo54钢在预热条件下进行闪光对焊,利用光镜分析了母材的组织和焊缝区及热影响区的组织。结果表明:焊缝成形良好,无气孔、裂纹等缺陷;母材组织为珠光体+铁素体,碳化物分布不均匀,局部有少量碳化物析出,并且有不同程度的元素偏析现象;焊缝宏观上呈一条清晰可见的亮线,在高倍镜下观察其显微组织为粒状贝氏体;热影响区组织也是粒状贝氏体。
As-welded 23MnNiCrMo54 steel for round-link chain fabrication was prepared using flash butt welding with preheating. The optical microscope was used to estimate the weld formation and morphology. The results show that the well penetration can be obtained without gas porosity and cracks. The microstructure of base metal contains pearlite and ferrite,carbide distribution is not even and a few carbides separate out. A bright line is observed in welded joint and the microstructure of the weld containing granular bainite and precipitated carbides accompanys with elements segregation.Granular bainite is also observed in heat affected zone.
