摘要
战略管理和危机管理尽管存在系统整合的可能 ,但一直被研究者和管理者看成两个平行发展的领域 ,传统的战略管理过程极少考虑危机管理。危机管理与战略管理之间存在固有的联系 ,两者有不同之处又有相同之处 ,本文尝试把危机管理融入传统的战略管理过程 ,形成既拥有危机管理防御和保持能力 ,又有战略管理进攻性市场定位能力的战略管理过程。
The fields of strategic management and crisis management have been evolving separately despite their potential for synergistic integration. Recently several scholars concluded that crisis management and strategic management are inexorably linked to each other. There are many differences and similarities existing between them. This paper explicates how adding crisis management defensive/preventive capability to strategic management's offensive market positioning orientation can yield a more comprehensive approach to the strategic management of organizations.
