摘要
通过制备硬质合金试样,利用扫描电子显微镜对试样进行数字图片获取,然后进行图像二值化、降噪及边界提取等以获得微观结构模型。采用三点弯曲建立有限元模型,并进行数值模拟,得到仿真结果与试验结果相近。机器视觉技术能够客观、正确分析硬质合金的横向断裂强度。
The microstructure model of cemented carbide was obtained by the digital image acquisition, binaryzation,filtering and denoising and edge extraction. And the finite element model of the microstructure model was established by three point bending and numerical simulation. The results show that the transverse rupture strength of the cemented carbide can be analyzed correctly and objectively.
