摘要
护理人员肌肉骨骼疾患(MSDs)的危害越来越受到国内与国际社会的关注。本文介绍了护理人员MSDs患病的现状、发病的危险因素,并提出如何以工效学为主来控制和预防我国护理人员MSDs的发生,以及目前该领域存在的挑战。
More and more domestic and international attention has been attracted to the hazards of musculoskeletal disorders（MSDs） in healthcare workers.This paper introduced the prevalence of MSDs and related risk factors in healthcare workers.In addition,we proposed suggestions on MSDs control and prevention strategies based on ergonomics.The challenges in this regard were also discussed.
