摘要
以环氧树脂(EP)胶粘剂为胶凝材料,橡胶、砂子和石子混合物为集料,制备了弹性混凝土。考察了不同固化剂(如聚酰胺类、脂肪胺类和酚醛胺类等)类型和胶粘剂/集料质量比对弹性混凝土力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:弹性混凝土的强度随胶粘剂强度的增加而增大,随胶粘剂/集料质量比增加呈先快后缓的上升态势,并且在该质量比超过30∶100时变化不大;弹性混凝土的变形能力受胶粘剂变形能力的影响较大,但与其掺量关系不大;弹性混凝土的弹性模量随胶粘剂强度和掺量的增加而提高。
With epoxy resin(EP)adhesive as cementing material,mixture among rubber,sand and gravel asaggregate,so an elastic concrete was prepared. The influences of different curing agents(such as polyamide,fattyamine and phenolic aldehyde amine)types and adhesive/aggregate mass ratios on mechanical properties of elasticconcrete were investigated. The research results showed that the strength of elastic concrete was increased withincreasing adhesive strength,but had the rise trend of fast-slow with increasing adhesive/aggregate mass ratio,andthe mass ratio was seldom changed at above 30∶100. The influence of deformation capacity of adhesive ondeformation capacity of elastic concrete was larger,but the influence of adhesive contents on deformation capacityof elastic concrete was less. The elastic modulus of elastic concrete was improved with increasing adhesive strengthor content.
