摘要
近十年来,高电压、大功率绝缘栅双极型晶体管(IGBT)技术逐渐成熟,并在直流输电系统中得到广泛应用。文中首先介绍了IGBT的发展和改进,总结了IGBT发展的重要阶段。其次,介绍了基于IGBT的柔性直流输电换流阀的典型拓扑,并说明IGBT在拓扑内的应用参数及特点。最后给出了IGBT为适应柔性直流输电技术在性能、封装形式及材料等方面的发展趋势。
In the recent ten years,the high voltage power device insulated gate bipolar transistor(IGBT)has rapidly developed and found wide application in the HVDC power system.In this article,the development and improvement of IGBTsperformance are described first,with the significant stages of IGBTs;development and tendency in and outside China summarized,and the improvement of performance and packages for IGBT to be used in the application of flexible HVDC are analyzed in detail.In the end,typical topologies of HVDC devices based on IGBT are provided,including examples of parameters and characteristics of the devices in the power system.
